Here are 2 low fat, zero cholesterol breakfast diabetes recipes free. ‘Mushroom Omelets’ – cooking oil, 180g fresh thinly sliced wild or button mushrooms, ¼ teaspoon herbs, white part of 2 scallions, thinly sliced, 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley, chopped fresh, 2 sprigs of parsley for garnishing and liquid egg substitute (240ml). Lightly spray cooking oil on a non-stick pan, heat and then add the mushrooms and scallions. Cook over high flame, stirring, until mushrooms are cooked. Add parsley, fine herbs and pepper. Remove from fire. Spray more oil and add ½ the egg substitute. Cook over medium flame. Once the bottom is cooked flip over, draining excess liquid using slotted spoon. Add half scallion-mushroom mixture and fold. When well done transfer to a plate and serve warm. Repeat this procedure for the second omelet. ‘Easy Sticky Buns’ require ½ cup hot water, 1 packet of dry ‘Butter Buds’ mix, 3 tablespoons light brown sugar, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 ½ tablespoons walnuts chopped and 1 packet biscuits. Preheat oven (375°F). Lightly coat non-stick pan with oil. Mix water, sugar, butter and cinnamon and pore into pan. Sprinkle with nuts, arranging biscuits on nuts in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes till brown.
